John was wonderful to work with. He took my call and came over that day to give me an estimate. He was kind, patient and a pleasure to work with. He gave me a quote on the spot, which was very reasonable so I signed with him the same day. He walked me through the process of doing the epoxy coating in my garage. He made me feel instantly at ease. We scheduled a few weeks out due to my schedule. As the date approached, I needed to reschedule due to my travel schedule. Not a problem, we pushed it out without any hiccups. Patrick showed up on Tuesday and went to work. He was phenomenal! Friendly, patient with all of my questions (I was very intrigued with the process) and quick and efficient. He was done in a few hours and came back the next day to seal it off.
