Wow! This 3-car garage floor looks amazing and is showroom quality! Jonathan was very responsive and communicated with great professionalism during the whole process. Price was very reasonable with top of the line products which I researched in advance and is manufactured right here in California with a lifetime adhesion warranty along with Cal Coatings satisfaction guarantees. I paid for the extra top coat for extra glare and an even greater luxury look and I’m glad I did, it will still have the orange peel texture and it really doesn’t seem as slippery as I’d expected. I highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a great customer service experience, look no further, half the other guys I contacted never even responded. California Custom Coatings just did an Epoxy coating in our room enclosure and under outside covering floor. This experience with them has been wonderful, from the office manager Jessica who went above and beyond to help me decide on color to the gentlemen who did the actual labor (Jeff, Derek, Sterling). As a customer I can really appreciate good communication thank you for your text and email correspondences to let us know when your associates would be arriving and thank you to your associates for being so polite and professional letting me know what they would be doing and when they finished and to see the work before they left. I can’t thank them enough for that. They got right to work when they arrived and it just flowed until they were finished. They were organized, orderly and cleaned up after themselves. I love the floor, the choice of color and I must say they have a good selection of color choices, its just beautiful!! Thank you so much Jessica for your kindness and patience with me. We are delighted by our garage’s transformation thanks to California Custom Coatings! They were easy to work with. They came for an initial consultation, were upfront with pricing. They give you a lifetime warranty on their work. We had them come a couple weeks later the epoxy placement. It took 2 appointments – one for the prep work and one for the refinement/top coat. Our epoxy guys that we would highly recommend are: Jeff and Patrick Note: you can’t park your car in the garage for 1 week after the epoxy.
