We had a completely positive experience with John, the owner; Jessica, the office manager; and Sterling, the installer of an epoxy floor in our 1927 one-car garage. They were responsive, professional, and answered all of our questions. My husband has always wanted to have an epoxied garage floor and when we moved into a new home we jumped at the opportunity to finally have it done. CCC was recommended to me by a client of mine and with that I called and made an appt for the day after we were to get the keys. Unfortunately, the builder did not have the home ready and when Sterling and his partner showed up, we had to send them away. John (owner) was understanding and rescheduled them to come back the next day and complete the first step of the process. Job was completed on a Monday and we were able to put a few things in the garage on Tuesday. My husband couldn’t stop talking about how pleased he was with the results and with the accommodations made because of the delay in our key delivery. Thank you for helping my husband achieve a dream he’s had for a very long time!! Highly recommend this company and their customer service is outstanding!!
