Recently, they coated my garage flooring project. The materials did not lay down to their satisfaction. Without issue they insisted on a complete grind down and new application to make it perfect. They completed the re-do at no cost. They did it on my schedule, and with quick hardening compound to reduce my exposure of leaving two convertibles worth $160K from sitting outside a moment longer than necessary.
