John, owner, Craig (Lead Tech), and team did an amazing job on our floors. We took three bids and all were fairly close. We chose John and California Custom Floors for three reasons: 1). John was knowledgeable and easy to work. 2). They were able to accommodate our timing for flooring (technically all flooring contractors did but they provided the best time and date) 3). They had the most options for types of export flooring. We picked Brindle and we have not stopped getting compliments on the floor. Looks amazing. 4). Reviews. Reviews. Reviews. Called and asked for a free estimate. Received a prompt call back and John was out at my house the next day. He took the time to explain the different products and gave me the quote on the spot. John was never pushy. They epoxied my floors on February 12th. The crew showed up on time (which is a huge + for me) and promptly began the work. They cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! The floors look awesome! THANK YOU!
